How is the coach-client matching done?
We use a sophisticated matching algorithm that considers your fitness goals, experience level, preferences, and personality to find coaches who are best suited to help you succeed. You'll be presented with multiple coach options and can choose the one you feel most comfortable with.
What happens during the initial consultation?
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive session where your coach gets to know you, your fitness history, goals, preferences, and any limitations. This information forms the foundation of your personalized plan and establishes clear expectations for your coaching relationship.
How often will I interact with my coach?
The frequency of interaction depends on your coaching package, but typically includes weekly check-ins, workout and nutrition plan updates, and progress assessments. Most coaches are also available for questions between scheduled sessions via our in-app messaging system.
